What we collect
When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and passes the name, email and address to us so we can post your order. We do not see or store your card number — it never reaches our servers.
Payments are handled by Stripe
Card payments on this site are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the contact details needed to fulfil the order.
What we store
We keep the order record — item, amount, name, email and delivery address — for as long as we need it for tax and warranty purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone other than the postal carrier delivering your order.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for one purpose only: remembering the items in your cart between pages. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you empty the cart or clear your browser data.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across other sites. It cannot identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting an order record may be limited where we are required to keep it for tax purposes.
